The second edition of volume 1 (1846) contains a "General Index to the First Series" in which many of the pseudonyms are identified (you can find this in the second Google Books link below for the second edition of volume 1). In the first Google Books link for the 2nd edition of vol. 1, you can find at the end three installments of "Scientific Journals." Dates are 23 Feb 1846, 11 May 1846, and 17 Oct 1846. Each installment gives contents of other math journals. These are: Crelle, Liouville, Grunert, and "The Mathematician."
